Nighty Night Reviews

Nighty Night

Nighty NightDrinking a cup of tea at night can be relaxing, but Nighty Night is a tea specifically designed to help you relax and fall asleep. Nighty Night is a bedtime beverage filled with relaxing herbs and ingredients that help reduce the time it takes to fall asleep. Sipping Nighty Night can even calm an upset stomach. Replacing a typical tea or a warm glass of milk with Nighty Night can promote much needed relaxation before bed.

Pros

Nighty Night is an organic tea combining herbs like passionflower, hops, and chamomile. Each of these ingredients are common sleep aid additions in any formula. Chamomile helps reduce restlessness in order to calm your nerves while passionflower is known to address nervous tension as well. Hops is an herb typically paired with valerian for optimal results, however, the herb is still known to have mild sedative effects on the body.

Cons

This herbal remedy for sleeplessness is not a strong sleep aid. In fact, you have to drink 2-3 cups of Nighty Night tea in the evening alongside an additional cup before bed in order to have any relaxation effects on the body. Four cups of tea is a lot and certainly an inconvenient way to get a good night’s sleep.

Conclusion

Nighty Night primarily addresses body tension that keeps you awake at night. Other symptoms of insomnia that reduce sleep quality and limit sleep duration will not be effected by Nighty Night. There are plenty of alternative sleep supplements with the ability to provide near instant relief from sleeplessness unlike Nighty Night. Taking a sleeping pill before bed is a lot more convenient and less of a hassle than drinking four cups of Nighty Night just to relax.
